About the founder

Alexander
Talavera Karslake
I build customer-focused, AI-driven products end-to-end, from architecture and fullstack delivery through to QA automation and go-to-market. I work directly with clients and stakeholders to translate fuzzy ambitions into shipped, measurable outcomes.
01 / The story
More from less.
I am a technology enthusiast with over a decade of experience in software development. I believe great products start with a deep understanding of requirements, followed by the patience to learn the right technology and apply it to get more out of less.
I am customer-focused and AI-driven. I bridge the gap between technical complexity and business needs, engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to define a vision worth building. I have led teams, mentored junior developers, and fostered code-review cultures that actually feel safe, the kind that move work forward instead of stalling it.
I have a track record of reducing operational costs and accelerating release cycles. Most recently I have been building AI-driven products under TalkarTech, including Anubix, our cloud-based AI coding workspace, and consulting on architecture and automation.
Native English and Spanish. A2 in French and German. I learn a new skill every day, even if small.
Respect, first.
Every guiding principle starts here. It shapes how I write code, give feedback, and talk to clients.
Learn something every day.
Even small. Compounded over a decade, that is how a generalist becomes useful in many rooms.
Precise communication.
Most engineering problems are communication problems wearing a costume. I try to undress them early.
